I will speak about the importance of a healthy diet on the students overall mental health and wellbeing, including academic performance. Proper nutrition and a positive body image enhance a student’s ability to concentrate and stay focused in class. This leads to better understanding and retention of material.
I will also speak about the importance of having a healthy relationship with their body image, as students who are healthy and have a positive self-image are more likely to attend school regularly. Chronic absenteeism often leads to falling behind academically.
