Where those who inspire find their own inspiration.
The Festival of Education is dedicated to inspiring and empowering educators from all sectors. Our mission is to provide an inclusive platform for sharing innovative ideas, fostering meaningful discussions, and promoting professional growth in a vibrant, relaxed atmosphere.
We aim to cultivate a community where diverse perspectives are valued, and challenging debates are conducted with respect and professionalism. By bringing together passionate individuals dedicated to enhancing education, we strive to shape the future of learning and teaching.
The Festival of Education was founded by Wellington College Education in the UK in 2010, with a mission to create a vibrant platform where educators could come together to share ideas, spark innovation, and be inspired. Since then, it has grown into one of the most respected education events in the UK.
In 2023, the Festival made its debut in Thailand, with the first Thailand Festival of Education taking place at Wellington College International Schools Bangkok. The event welcomed hundreds of educators from across the country and marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Festival internationally.
Organised by EducationScape and supported by Wellington College Education, the Thailand Festival continues the tradition of bringing educators together in an inclusive, dynamic, and inspiring environment.
It’s more than just an event; it’s a festival that combines amazing professional development with a relaxed and enjoyable environment. Attendees can engage in meaningful discussions, gain new insights, and network in a vibrant, supportive setting.
At the Festival of Education, we foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere with no political affiliation or ideology. Our guiding philosophy is to listen to others’ ideas and challenge disagreements in a professional and respectful manner.

Wellington College International School Bangkok is a co-educational international day school for children aged 2-16, with 800 students currently enrolled across Early Years, Junior School and Senior School. Founded in 2018, Wellington College Bangkok follows the English National Curriculum, leading to IGCSE exams in Year 11 and A-levels in Year 13. The School follows the values and identity of the founding school in Crowthorne, Berkshire. Our children genuinely embrace kindness, courage, integrity, responsibility, and respect. Bangkok has a deserved reputation for excellent international schools throughout the city.
The School offers excellent Arts, Sports and Extra Curricular programmes alongside rigorous academic study. More than this, there is a focus on what it is to be good person. When children leave Wellington, they are exceptional young adults who serve and help shape a better world, wherever they may be.
During the Festival of Education, we will offer approximately 50 sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. These sessions range in format from headline keynote speeches in our main auditorium to smaller, hands-on workshops, covering a broad spectrum of topics and ideas.
